I try and do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week consisting of jogging, eliptical, or on the bicycle after my workouts. It really makes a big difference when it comes to your run time.

So what do you guys think of the AF PT Stantards that went in to effect this Jan? It doesn't look that bad but it is a pretty radical shift than what you guys used to do.

Oh, I know. I used to be all about running and ab work. Been slacking off recently. Pull a shift for most of the day, (when I say most, I mean nearly 15hrs,)get back tired as all hell. I love biking. Did a lot of it. Need a new bike.

And they can throw what-ever PT standard they want at us. I'll do it. Doesn't phase me one bit. The people who were complaining are those who fail time and time again. Technically speaking, those people should be discharged, but it doesn't seem that any CO is doing that. I do agree that the waist measurement is retarded, but after that, alls fair.

I've only taken the old one twice, so I never got used to it. I'm down for the change though. I need to get more serious about cardio -- I've just been playing basketball and racquetball lately. Time to find a pool....

Poor guy. Wish I worked on C-planes. I'm kinda stuck on lawn darts. That is...until I cross train. I do like them T-6s...I dunno why. I like their looks. Give me a ride damn it!

You don't want to ride the T-6. You want to ride the AT-6. Stay tuned for more on that.... but damn, if it goes through, no one will ever want to fly A-10s ever again.

AT-6??? Would that be a concept similar to this: http://en.wikipedia....14_Super_Tucano

No but really. A-10s. My dream airplane. We'll see if I end up at Nellis for Weapons School in a few years. I certainly hope so.

Almost exactly like that. The loiter time and fuel efficiency are probably the best we've ever had for a piloted aircraft, and it can hold a whooooole lot of bombs.... and a gattlin!

Psh. I haven't been active on these boards for months, cause I've been doin' work (read: USAFA sucks my time away). Of course, you enlisted folk wouldn't know nothin' bout doing work... ;)

Plus, I don't play PB anymore, so it's fair to say I've been out of the loop a while. Where ya at now?

AND a gattlin? Sick. BUT, will it have the titanium bathtub, triple redundancy flight control backups, and overall unkillability of the A-10?
