I don't know why but every time I glance at the title when looking through recent posts I read it as "Will SP sue me".

Any way call SP customer service and ask. I emailed about replacement SP8 Body panels a week after it was released. They got back to me 6 weeks later.

Ugh... It's been a few weeks and I still have barely gotten a response.
I got e-mailed a phone number, and when I called I was directed to nobody, left a message (twice), and have not gotten any responce since.
Considering the amount of people I e-mailed about this you'd think I'd at least get a consolation e-mail, yet only 1 person out of about 4 got back to me and it was just "sorry about that, call this #, for more info visit SP.com"

I found someone selling a frame and regulator on ebay. If it stays cheap I might just do that instead of sending it in so I can have some spare parts, lol. Having an extra guage, trigger, pins, membrane, set-screws, and reg internals if I can get them out isn't exactly a bad thing...

Thanks for the input guys, I'm just going to see how this ebay thing turns out and try to re-contact SP if that goes south...

I got a whole trigger-frame and regulator setup (minus the grip hogue and power-button-membrane) for like $40.

Then... I had reg issues

But a quick cleaning and re-greasing and the reg is just like new

Now my ION is up and running, finally, ugh.

Thanks for the help and such guys, I'm upset that SP didn't really do anything but I ended up with some spare parts and stuff in the end so it's all good.

Sorry I was not on here...

The reg seized up on the frame. It would have been covered under warranty. You can still send it in and we will probably take care of it.
