Essentially they are about equal. The main difference is you can't change the barrel on the sl68, but the sl68 has a feedneck for a hopper... Of course, more experienced pump players might help you more, but that's what I can tell ya.

Depends on you.
The SL is much heavyer to start.
the Phantom is lighter.

I would argue to the phantom side as to me it feels and looks more refined to be a pump marker.
without going into large amounts of detail, the Quality on phantoms would be regarded as higher, to say the least.

Phantom, without a doubt. It is lighter, more ergonomical, comes with the best stock barrel, is more customizable, uses better quality parts, and is prettier. I would get it especially cus its prettier.
