Hey guys, how ye all doing. Just wondering if any body is ever visiting Ireland for a while, then to check out the group of paintballers there for a game or two. Paintball is starting to take off here thanks to the launch of paintballer.ie not to long ago.

We are suffering a lot because paintball markers are classed as firearms, so there are heavy restrictions on legal marker ownership. But hopefully that issue will be resolved thanks to all the serious paintballers (about 500 or so) in our small country.

Take to ye soon,
Richie

Welcome to the forum's man.

I hope you guys can get paintball in Ireland rolling, the bigger the sport gets the better!

Not to mention I visit Ireland sometimes. It'd be great if I could visit and go to a field.

I'd love to take a trip to Ireland and get to play while I'm there! Good luck in getting things straight with the government, and welcome to the forum!

The last year as seen a big increase in the number of players. We have one team inter the campaign cups, The Dublin Reapers. The didn't do too good im afraid. But it was their first tournie so.

I am more of a woodballer so I am pushing that development. I have an A-5 my self ( licensed by the cops ;) so its legal ) . I love it.
