To my knowledge there are maybe 3 other Quebecois on this forum, none are overly active.
No I don't speak French, at least no more than Pepe le Pew does.

You guys are part of the Canadian Brigade. We don't offer a Spanish Brigade. CSPPL is also running an event in Montreal. CSPPL. So you get more recognition then the Maritimes and Prairies.

I was born in Montréal (can't remember all the alt codes for accents right now, and I don't have a French keyboard :ghillie:), live in Ontario now, and I'm pretty good in French... but, I'm still an anglophone. I still know what you're saying though!

How many places are there to play around Montreal, and what are prices like? I often visit there since I still have family in and around Montreal, so maybe next time I can haul my gear up there and play some paintball...

EDIT: Aha, it's alt-130. é.

Montreal has a couple decent fields, one of the best I've been at was "Bigfoot Paintball" theres ALOT of people there, and the fields are sick, but the downside is that it's pretty darn expensive for non-members. If I recall, it was 100$ for a whole day of play with only about 750 paintballs. It was pretty bad. I had my own gear as well, so I didn't even rent anything... I'd hate to be a newbie without any gear starting off there...

Ouch, that's pretty steep. Where I usually play around here, it's $35 per bag (or $120 per case) and $5 entry with one free air fill for owners. After that, air is $1 per 1k PSI, and I think they have all day air for $5. So for $80 you can get half a case and play all day...

I thought Mirabel was the big one. They get some great events.

And didn't Trois Riverre (sp) have a few big events.

Yea, I've heard of paintball at Mirabel and Trois-Riviere, but only a few times. Then again, it's in a different province, so they must be at least pretty good.

Yep. I'm a member in Mirabel and it's a pretty big field with lots of small and big events.
Never went at any field in Trois Riviere, but I will definitly go to D-Day at Voodoo paintball this year.
