I have a pure energy 4500/68 tank. I have heard that they have a high pressure regualtor. The tank is kind fo hard to take off the gun. Should I invest on a on/off asa valve or get a low pressure regualtor for the tank?
What are the ups for having a low pressure regulator? what is the down for having a high pressure regulator?

For an Invert Mini? You can't replace the stock ASA on the Mini. You don't need a low pressure reg for the Mini either. I run mine with the same tank and I have no issues.

If the person on the other end of your gun does not walk away eagerly anticipating the next game because of your actions,
you have failed as a paintballer.

You could get an NDZ on/off ASA extender (a normal on/off ASA won't work in a Mini)..

I know that i cant replace the stock asa. I was looking into the NDZ on/off valve, I was just curious about the low pressure
becuase the gun is a low pressure gun, I was wondering if having a low pressure regulator would help any. But if it would work just fine with the high pressure regulator, than yeah, Im cool with it
