I just read the news that Xtreme paintball has gone under now i have to work to get money back for the gear i purchased (they had some stuff spec ops didnt carry) heres the article they posted today on there site

"Xtreme Paintball/Anythingxtreme.com is closed and will be filing bankruptcy when the owner is able to leave the hospital and meet with his attorney.
Like all the paintball companies, we have been struggling for a few years to adjust to the drop in paintball sales. We have cut salaries, laid off employees, downsized the warehouse, hired consultants and done whatever else we could to survive.
We have had no employees to answer the phones or emails for a couple of weeks and were still trying to get funds released from our charge card processor. They had given us an agreement to sign on 2/5 to release the funds, but it is too late for us to continue. When our rent became 6 days late, the landlord changed the locks on the doors, so we cannot access the warehouse.
We will be posting any necessary legal information later when we get it. For now, if you have an outstanding order, you can do a charge card dispute (chargeback) through your card company and they should refund the money to your account"

It's always sad to see a company go down. Hopefully not too many more are to follow.

Yeah I saw that last night and it made me a little sad. I shopped there pretty regularly because they are in Ohio and I live in Ohio, therefore I received my orders quickly. They has some good stuff, and great prices, sad to see them go :D

I never dealt with them personally (Local dealer or AV if he couldn't get it).
However I had some teammates that would occasionally try to get stuff from xpaintball, and they always had trouble with their orders.
Last time, it took them a month to send an e-mail saying they were out of stock. Teammate told them to refund, because he had already gotten the product from somewhere else (I think it was a tank cover). That was in October. I still don't think he got his money back.
My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.

I dealt with them occasionally. Bought my first paintball gun from them back in 2001 or 2002. I had not bought anything from them in about a year, though, simply because they don't carry Airgun Designs stuff and I've largely replaced all my equipment with Automags. That, and I have a very good local store.
