I like the e-grip since the trigger pull is so much lighter. But some people like to stay mechanical, and not use batteries. The main question is the RT allowed on the fields you visit.

e-grip, but get rid of the stock board, you want to get an ape rampage board. that is a much better board, it doesnt turn off, shots faster, waterproof, and has more modes to shoot in

e-grip most definitely the R/T may have a sweet spot but it also uses more air. the e-grip has more settings how ever like said it does run off of batters so always have a back up battery

it really depends on wats comfortable 4 u. I like the R/T because there's no batteries to worry about, and it's mad easy to adjust. with the e-grip u get more settings that are a little more difficult to adjust, and changing batts can b a hassle. The R/T gives u the same amount of balls per second as the e-grip but without the battery hassel.

The RT only uses like, 10 shots if that. There was a guy that did a basic test. It uses air that is already served its purpose. So it's not like it really uses up that much.

I'm not a fan of the R/T. It's unreliable unless you have a good HPA tank, and it makes your Cyclone less reliable by siphoning gas from it, resulting in premature cutoff from low pressure. As Maj. Tom also stated, some fields do not allow response triggers. Every field will allow an electronic trigger in semi mode, though, which will grant about the same performance. Overall, the E-Grip will give you more consistent performance.
