Okay, so I arrange a trade with a guy on the Nation. I am trading my Lightning pump cocker for his PM5.

My cocker is in beautiful condition as seen in the pics below:

There are absolutely no scratches anywhere on the anno.

The guy ships first (luckily) and he sends me this:

And this pic is representative of how clean the entire marker was:

He did not tell me about any of these issues. While most are cosmetic, the breech where the barrel screws in looks like it has a small crack and the metal is thinned out and distorted.

So my question is should I send it back or keep it (even though I am already leaning towards sending it back)?

EDIT: Should this be in GPD? I came here first because you guys know your stuff when it comes to high end.

if he failed to tell you of the condition of the marker and you are unhappy then you should send it back and leave bad feedback.

Why one ships first is for a reason.

Ship it back and move on. He didn't goof anybody over since he shipped first. You have the right to kill the deal if you think the terms were breeched.

Condition is a term of the agreement.

Edit: there's got to be a reason you had him ship first. There's your reason.

Well now - that's your choice. He can do the same. Above it was mentioned that if you do post the pics with it. That's a good idea if you post a negative response.

Now remember the almighty "neutral" post.

"This is a neutral feedback. Our deal was cancelled mutually as the PM5 was not up to my standard after receipt."

This tells people to be beware and makes him think again before slamming you.

I like that. I've always been kind of a softy anyways.

EDIT: Should I post my pictures in his thread even if I leave him neutral feedback?

Werd, send it back. He wasn't up-front about the condition of the marker when ya'll initiated the trade. It's worth less that you were led to believe. That's reason enough to send it back.

Good move with him shipping first, though.

EDIT: BTW, I love that cocker, pump ftw.

No - he can leave feedback on you also. You got the pics if he slams you. Also an edit button for the neutral feedback.

You can edit neutral feedback with PbNation's new feedback system?

Only if you edit within 24 hours of posting it. So think this through before you go and post it

So should I just stick him with the neg. feedback? Or neutral? It just seems kinda harsh (even for me :P ) to slam the guy when I had him ship first.
