I personally am not a paintball sniper, tried to do it for a while just not my thing, anyway I sit in ambush as well playing dagger and sabre and everyonce in a while ill run across someone ive shot in the back or side and they just wipe it off, Usually depending on my mood ill just ignore it and tell a ref later, If im in a bad mood that poor person will regret wiping becasue ill just unload on him.

Anyway thought id get your guys thoughts since you guys probably deal with this the most.

Wipers go to hell :P, It happens just just ask a ref to keep his eyes on a wiper/group of them or find a new group/place to play with

ouch that sucks man.

well in my noob days i would either unload on him or wipe the next time i got shot. but i realized that even if it is justified it still looks bad on me.

but that was over 5 years ago. now i either unload on him, or more usualy walk up to him and put a three round burst in the nuts. that way he most likely wont do it again, and all of his little cheater buddies wont either.

I carry a roll of toilet paper in my gear bag, for cleaning my lenses and such. If I've caught a guy obviously wiping on the field, I'll wander over to his table between games look him dead in the eye and plant a hand full on his table. I just say "Looks like you need this." and walk away. I know, he knows I know, and all his buddies know he's been caught. Heck sometimes the refs figure it out after that and keep an eye on them.
If he rips my arms off, I'll kick him to death.
If he rips my legs off, I'll bite him to death.
If he rips my head off, I'll stare him to death.
And if he gouges my eyes out, I'll curse him from beyond the grave.

It's harder to wipe a shot to the back of the head, I have found.

I hate cheaters- so by all means bonus-ball, headshot, or other similar punishment is fine, along with alerting refs, and I like Dib's idea. Embarrassment can be a good weapon against cheaters.

I have this trouble alot, I just shoot them again untill they're out.
Sometimes when I'm feeling generous I'll yell to them where I hit them, since I usually try to pack people.
But last weekend I outflanked this kid and could have easily shot him in a tender spot, but I was feeling nice and I packed him. He turned around and ran for cover, I told him where I hit him and he sat down (I almost thought he was calling for a medic) but I noticed he had taken his pack off and was wiping my hit. Then the kid started to shoot back after we asked him if he was out. So we unloaded on him and he bolted we hunted him down and made sure he was out.

I gog the known wipers. It's pretty flippin' obvious if someone is wiping their goggles. Unfortunately, I've gotten a reputation in the past as a headhunter as a result of this.

I carry a Tac-8 that is strictly for wipers. It's filled with buck scent anybody I see wiping I will shoot them a few times. This is one way to get arr-id of that BS on the field of honor. There team mates well know they stink too.
