i just got a NCSTAR red dot site used from the forums here, but there is no battery. Does anybody have one of these? the model # is DTBAR130. the website doesnt say what kind of battery it uses, and the store i went to told me i need a # of the battery because they have a few different kinds of the same size, but they dont know if they will work. so does anybody that has one of these know the battery #? here is the website for the site. thanks

My red dot uses a CR2032 and it's pretty similar to what you've got, so I'm guessing it's the same thing.

Ok, I just bought a used tippman and this NcSTAR dtbar130 scope was included. My question to add to this is: where the heck is the battery??? And what is the large knob on top for? (labeled w/ #'s 0 thru 7) I've figured out that turning it on any # except 0 turns it on but I don't noticed any difference between individual #'s? Sorry for the stupidity here guys, but I've never owned a red dot sight before.
Thanks

There should be a cap on top of the brightness adjustment that screws off with the battery inside.
