I got my spec ops remote line w/slide check yesterday and it fired fine yesterday (other than the fact that i had only enough air for a couple shots), so today i borrowed my friends tank, and when i went to screw in the valve to air up the gun, no air came from the tank. I checked and there seems to be a pin missing from the end that goes on the tank, any ideas on how to fix this? Or should I just send this in to be replaced?

Sorry but I do not understand...And haha I don't think you are going to get instant help ;)

Have you tried calling SpecOps?

If it worked then there was a pin when you got it. Show us a pic of inside the on/off ASA.

Most of the time this problem is because the user has turned the on/off too much. The pin inside the ASA ends up blocking off the tank valve. Back off the "on" knob.

sorry, cant find camera. otherwise i wouldve included them. But the part that goes on the tank screw used to have a pin (i think, not sure) and now i think its gone. I'm curious to know if i could fix it at home, or if i should just send it back.

Does the remote line still have a knob on it? If so the pin is still there and the problem is something else.

This is what fell out-

This is what the inside of your remote probably looks like-

They fall out if you give them a good whack, the o-rings typically do a good job of holding that pin in though. I would suggest retracing your steps to see where that pin (first pic) fell out.

Don't glue it. It moves up and down in the ASA.

I've never seen a remote like that. That's a wierd design. All of the remotes I've ever seen have one long single pin that has the knob on it. Why would they make that part seperate like that? Looks like they could have forseen that it would just fall out and get lost. I hope you find it.
