...extra PODS per tank? Plural? On a Borg RX? That's just ridiculous, really... you must be hitting upwards of 2100 per 68/4500 after that. The long break-in time puzzles me a bit, because a long break-in time is usually a sign of somewhat mediocre surface finish. I'm tempted to rub a little toothpaste on the ram if I ever get a Borg NIB, just to polish up the ram sleeve a bit. On the flip side, I've shot an RX at the 2-case mark and was quite impressed. Mediocre surface finish, me being impressed, that means just amazing design.

With regards to setting a Gladiator regulator. Yes, they're twitchy. Buy a long-handled allen wrench, and put the short end into the adjustment screw. Suddenly moving your hand an inch and a half will only move the screw through 10 degrees of movement (or one-36th a turn). Problem solved.

Yes they are claiming two to three extra pods per fill on the gold bolt. We have yet to test the one on our team out....we shall see in late June when I can pin the thing down long enough to really get a good test run.

As for the break in time...I have no idea. Originally they were saying the gun realy smoothed out around ten cases....but now they saying it just keeps getting smoother.
The only two things I can surmise are the tolerances are extremely tight and it takes that long for the orings to really wear in...or the owner is finally getting truely comfortable with the gun!
Not sure I buy into the mediocre finishing...AKA had tremendously long break in periods and I really never saw a bad AKA.

Either way...I do not see myself going that route yet...my 07 is still making me grin ear to ear!

Agreed, my 07 Borg was a beauty to shoot. Finances got in the way, though...

I hear you on the AKA thing. I suppose a possibility is that, due to a high surface finish (which makes more sense on AKA and MacDev guns), the orings have no real wear points, which could explain the long break-in time, but also mean a smoother overall feel even before the break-in is complete. All I know is I want an RX, pretty badly, but can in no way afford one. I can't wait until graduation, a full-time job, paying off my student loans, getting a nice car, and then being able to afford a Cyborg NIB.

...oh wait, that might be a while.
Feedback.
