Just got my free scout vest with my order and LOVING it! However I have 2 questions:

1. What are the two rectangular velcro loops for just about the water bladder? I'm guessing to guide your tube?

2. The integrated sling, I'm assuming, is part of the two long cloth clips that come off of the chest area on both sides as well as the female clips on the back of the shoulders?

the two long clips coming off the front of the vest are goggle keepers, ya use them to hold your goggles between games when your not wearing them. The 2 female clips on the back of the shoulder are for the integrated sling, which you have buy the actual sling separately.

i will warn you that some some intergrated slings will not work with the clips on the scout vest, i read something a while ago where someone could not use theirs on the scout vest and when i pulled mine out to try, it did not work either.. so be careful when buying a sling if you do.

It's coming with my custom vest  Also, what do you guys use to tack down the extra slack on the belt loops, goggle loops, and side adjustment straps?

At some point they changed manufacturers/suppliers for the buckles - some were original versions, some where newer. I don't know if MO has squared that away yet or if there are still some mismatches lingering around. Either way he'll work to make it right.
