lol go back and read my post in response to you guiding me in the ways of "real goth". Your reply to that sounded like you took what i said literally. That i was in fact worried i had offended your goth sensibilities and that i truly believed you knew what "real" goth was. Neither were true, they were meant to be sarcastic. Your reply, however, made it seem as though you took it literally. Hence, sarcasm detectors should come installed on computers from the factory.
As a matter of fact i would venture to say that there is no "real" goth and its whatever someone wants to make of it. Of course it sounds to me as though you have a PhD in gothology and that one picture of a long black dress is the epitome of goth.
The only thing ive tried to say in this tread is a matter of my opinion. I said i thought goth clothing was conducive to showing skin, at least more so than a shirt and jeans. And that i liked the mystery a little more. But then you so kindly told me how you knew what goth was exactly and i was misinformed.
This kind of reminds me of the agg or not thread lol. Attention everyone if youd like to know if an article of clothing is in fact goth, please show it to ghost so he can give it his stamp of approval. If you would like a certificate of authenticity he would be happy to provide but you must pay shipping.
