Hell yeah man. It ain't too hard once you get the dressing and draining done. I remember when we were younger, after a hunt we'd go to my uncle's place and tie the deer upside down from the trees, dress 'em and cut out the tenderloins, season them, and throw them right on the grill straight out of the animal.
You know, I'm about due for a deer rifle. Sick of borrowing them, and sick of having not hunted in ages. Gun season opened 2 weeks ago.
