I remember when:

- paintball was booming.
- only really expensive markers were electronic.
- playing pump was fun, but a didn't brag about it.
- the Brigade actually worked.
- pbreview was second only to PBNation.
- BE.org existed
- Spyder markers were actually quality
- there were more people entering the sport than leaving it

Shall I go on?

And why is the Brigade not working THIS time?? I realize I've been out of the loop for a year...but can SOMEONE pleasantly surprise me just ONCE!

And i always tell myself....take the kill/death stats and put them in a spreadsheet because the brigade is always a fart sideways away from non-existence....but noooo....I had to be lazy.

Why isn't the Brigade working? Special Ops no longer owns the rights to the software.

lol.. what a time capsule ... you bunch of necro's

i remember those lists of members, i remember when slinky and stunt won the prez and vp contest, then ash taking it over when they got their "promotion", i remember puz winning the next election. i also remember the elections being very heated, especially the first one, where there were so many candidates that there had to be at least a second runoff to thin down the herd. it was a close and hotly contested race, does anyone remember the group of deadbeats that banded together to influence the election, and what their group was called ?

i remember the forum got hacked and the vast majority of the staffs join dates got wiped out along with some posts. or maybe the posts that got wiped out were collateral damage that had to done to get the forum back. I even remeber the name of the member who did it ... his name still comes up on the birthday lists .. lol, anyone else remember the name of the dastardly dick ?? haha

I definitely remember the hack (along with almost everything mentioned in this thread) but I can't recall the guy's name.
Maybe we shouldn't say it anyway... wouldn't want to give him the satisfaction... if he somehow found out... :P

Yes, I remember that sexyness. I still have the sig you made for me with that in their somewhere hidden in the interwebs.

Oh, hey, I'm that guy you don't remember who's been around for a while who comes bumbling around from time to time.
I remember when Mafia was the big thing happening in the Specops world, and that's all my whiskey addled brain will let me remember for now.

Good times, good times. I miss the lot of you. I remember even way after I stopped playing paintball, I kept coming here for the community. It's a real shame everybody kind of drifted away.
