No night play? Sorry guys I must of misread the word document Blue sent me.

As far as double troubles go, I don't see any issues as long as you are using the crank.

its not a bad idea really. keeps the cost of paint down for the players, and given the proximity of rooms and buildings, etc, the distance between players is greatly reduced. therefore by eliminating high rof, less chance of bonus balling.

Actually it will make the cost of paint go up as far as economics goes...

Less paint sold to get to X amount of money equals Y

more paint sold to get to X amount of money equals less then Y per box

that's why cases of paint use to cost $200+ per 2500 round box.

I think the taking away of full auto is an interesting idea and will be interesting to see how the event plays out.

^^ it might make the cost go up for the producer but not for the player, in the sense that:
a- the prices are already set for this event
b- if a player shoots less because fo this ruleset, then he is saving money because the paint he does buy will last longer.

not that im gonna argue economics or anything, but from a players perspective, it slows down the amount of paint being rained, therefore slightly evening the playing field, reducing the risk of injury by some margin, and extending the life of a case of paint. but i own a DT and said economics dont really apply. lol.

So what are the deals for tanks if any with added cost of insurance and bringing them out for a 6hr game each day, I have a feeling that this will be a grunt game only. Leaving those of us that run tanks because we can not run and gun like we use to unable to play blanding.
Tank drivers are a unique bunch: part motorhead, part airsmith, part driver and part sadist... and not always in equal parts.
