Saw the angel on the Spec Ops Featured Items page and now thoroughly confused as to which one I like better...

As far as mil-sim looking, the Bob Long looks much better. Both will probably shoot about the same. But I have heard that Angels can be tricky to work on if you aren't familiar with Angles.

The Mtac is way better looking. But Bob Long's customer service sucks.

I'd say the Angle would win in performance due to the weight, and its smaller to hold.

Plus its centerfeed.

Actually you might just enjoy a black angle or a black vice ( the internals of the MTAC are the vice right?...)

What are you thinking? why are thas thinking?

between those two, my vote goes to the Angle.

There's some dude selling a nice looking X-modded E-Tac in the BST for like $750.

I'd personally go with that. But I'm biased.

I hate angles, I was never good at math. That Angel looks pretty sweet though. The MTAC looks like it just has too much stuff added on for its look.

agreed. Then you have both a mech and electro in one, and with a turn of a switch, a hybrid marker. SHould the battery ever fail, just flip the switch and go fully mechanical on the fly, no need to do anything but put the battery pin back in and flip the swtich. E-mags are sweet.

Between the two you chose, i'd go with the Angel. It is lighter and smaller. But really, E-Tacs are sweet

I was actually just recommending it based on how they shoot in electronic mode.

I just got mine back from having it tuned up (thanks Tunaman!) with the Emag lowers that I acquired and man...wow. The thing is so smooth and quick (for reference, I had been using an Ego6 with a Virtue board all summer).

Of course there are also the hybrid/mech modes available too, which make it so your primary doubles as your backup. Not that you really need them unless you forget to charge your battery the night before or in your car on the way to the field. That's another fun part about an E-Tac (or EMag) - you don't have to spend money on batteries.

It is an airhog though, but I run a 90/45 on-gun, so ~1300 shots should be adequate. I was finding I'd only go through about 4 or 5 balls per elimination before I sent it away to get electronics anyway (mmm....accuracy). Honestly, I think the electronics are totally overkill, but everyone I play with got Phenoms, so I felt obligated to keep up. Either way, it's not like you'd be running your tank on-gun with an MTAC or the ARK anyway.

Other than that, I'd go with the ARK. It's got a double trigger, it's centerfeed and there's less cosmetic stuff on it.
