I recently saw a hard shelled case at Wal-mart that was designed for handguns. I was only like $10, and would fit a paintball gun with the stock and barrel both removed. In general I would suggest something that does the job, without costing a whole lot.

pelican cases are tougher than woodpecker lips, but will drain your wallet a little bit probably. They have foam padding, are indestructible, and lockable.

For $20 I would do what snipa fo life did. That case looks like it can easily be customized to your exact needs. I just might have to go and get one for myself now.

Pelican cases run around 200 and up for most base models...unless you are carrying somthing really small.

I would go with a cheepo wallmart case...it will protect gun but not drain wallet.

Peace,
