I may be able to get an 04 angel. Can someone tell me as much as I need to know about them. Does $150 seem like a good deal for one that needs a new board. I also heard that 04's don't have eyes, is this true and if so does it really cut down on performance.

Thanks much

I would pass on that. If you never held one you might not like it. The 90 degree handle is horrible IMO.

The 04 didn't have eyes as stock. They used a sensi system. 04 Angel Fly had eyes.

I wouldn't pay that much for a 04 angel that needs a board.

What about trading a 98c act with cyclone that I don't use for it? As far as tippmann guns go I have a 98c, an a5a2, and this 98c act.

It is not a good deal. You probably have to buy a new battery also. I would pass.

They don't take regular batteries. New board and battery. (not counting charge, etc.) will be around $140. That's almost $300 and it doesn't have eyes but that useless sensi system. You can get into a pm6, fusion, etc for that.

Well Im so tempted by it that Im going to go ahead and get it. Im trading a 98c act with cyclone that a friend gave me because he owed me money. I never use it so it will be like getting the angel for free. It will be a little project for me. :dodgy: Plus I can brag about having an angel.

Have you checked availability of boards for that unit?
