It looks like Kee & HK have settled the trademark dispute that took the BT TM-7 off the market. Im glad that everyone was able to sit down & get this worked out...a good day for fans of Mil-Sim paintball for sure.

Well that should push a few mil-sim players into buying new guns for the more authentic look.

I'm not sure if this is good or bad....

Non players get freaked out enough over mil-sim (and paintball in general), having the H&K visible on it?

HK is a very hard enforcer of product advertisement. If your item even remotely resembles a HK one they will legally pursue you andmake you stop producing the product until you pay them the proper licencing fees.

The first time I saw this was with RAP4 and the .43cal guns they were marketing a while ago. Then I saw it again with airsoft...now this.

Trust me when I say HK is getting a very nice payment for KEE to use the design and badges ofthe HK.

I wonder if the prices of the markers will go up in response to this...

I am surprised that Tippmann has not been attacked by H&K yet. The A5 resembles an MP5 variant.

If Kee wants the same profit, then yes they'll have to.

We all know H&K is expensive, and I imagine their licensing is also expensive.

I got my TM7 before this all started. Guess I can't call it an out of production unit anymore.

(But at least my money didn't go to the mall ninja outfitters)

Same here.
I was like 'Oh no, Hostile Kids are going to distribute their stuff through KEE now. Oh good, maybe I can get that Beer Pack from my dealer friend for his pricing!"

Then I read the article and was all :( cause I don't give a flying squirrel about BT markers having H&K logos on them or not.

My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.

As did I. Was majorly disappointed when I found out it wasn't. :(

I'm not really sure how I feel bout H&K emblems of the TM7, but it's whatever.

Tippmann is also under Kee Action Sports (thats what Im assuming considering they own BT and BT and Tippmann are sister companies).

Also. One might wonder why HK has not taken a stance towards the TM-15. Weapon smuggling bastards...
