That'd be sweet. alternatively use them as range extenders. Man, Bomber tanks would be so worth it. 114/4500 FTW.

Thats amazing.
The only thing I hate about these new efficient cars that keep coming out are the looks. They all look horrible in my opinion.

YEAH BABY......We need to kick this oil habit like bad news. I'm all for the air car. Or any car that makes us less polluting/less dependant on oil. Not just FOREIGN OIL, any of it.

But, my money is on Tesla Corp's roadster. 0-60 in 4 seconds, 250 mile range, 120MPH top speed. ALL ELECTRIC.

Good.

This is exactly the type of transition car we need. Get people used to using alternative fuels through this extremely cheap car, and then eventually switch to all electrical/air car.

The price is right too, because it makes it worth it to switch for someone whose strapped for cash. If the economy continues like this: The company will make millions.

Hmm. I think I might go pick up an application from Tata Motors...

The body of the car planned for the United States would be built with fiberglass and injected foam. The chassis, composed of aluminum rods, would be glued together, not welded.

And whats this, the car is put together by gluing the Body Parts together, oh man that sounds scary.

But yeah, Im definitely interested in this car as well, only becuase of the mileage

There's already a "plant" being prepared right down the street from the Smartcar Head quarters in Pontiac.

with all the highway driving i do, i'll stick with my safe uneffecient metal constructed car. Thanks. If i get into an accident, i'd like to know the car will be the only thing damaged.

I dont trust the materials they are making the cars out of to survive a high speed crash. Well maybe the car can be rebuilt cheaply, but you definitly won't survive.

I don't care how much gas it saves, my life is worth more than that.

Yeah... It doesn't sound that great for highway driving. The thing is that most people drive only in the city at lower speeds. Keep a "real" car for long distance highway driving and this thing for around town. Most places I'd want to go out of town I can get to using secondary highways so worrying about a traffic accident isn't a big deal.

I don't mind being dangerous until I have kids. I don't have a problem saving a few hundred bucks with compressed air. But my wife and kids will be driving a BOINKing Abrams tank.
