Every day before I use my Tac-1 I drop 2-3 drops od oil into the macroline. I know that I'm supposed to oil the gun before playing, but is that too much? sometimes if I haven't shot in 15-20 minutes the gun wont fire unless I hold down the trigger for a full second or two. Is this due to over-oiling, or something else?

btw, I'm shooting 275 fps at just below 850 psi if that has anything to do with it. One of my fields limits is 280, the other is 300, so it depends on the day whether im shooting 275 or 295.

Sounds like you have a carrier in the level 10 thats too large. I had the same problem after I broke my Tac-One in. I lowered the carrier and it works fine now, with no bolt stick.

not bad, after my tac got past that I had to push a swabbie down my barrel every ten seconds to reset the bolt so I could fire again lol.

i realize this is a month old, but given that it's been bumped already, i'll chime in...

it's the other way around with carrier size. bolt stick could be due to one that is too small/tight, and too large a carrier will cause a leak down the barrel. i typically tune my level 10's by using the largest carrier that doesn't leak.

Carrier or try a lesser bolt spring, the goldish one typically.
