Here's one...

Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD)

It is interesting because many doctors deny its existence DESPITE one use of SSRIs being to treat deviant sexual behaviour in some people. Yet for some reason, when used on people with relatively normal sexual desires, doctors somehow think it doesn't cause any long term side effects that continue AFTER use of SSRIs is discontinued, in some cases indefinitely. So far "indefinitely" is the case with me, and that is why I never want to take an SSRI ever again.

lets see...interesting disorders or disease...well two that I find interesting are Cri du chat which is a genetic disorder. When a baby crys they sound like a cat or there is always Ebola Virus where if you get it you die within 24 hours or something short by bleeding to death out of all your orifices. It's highly contagious and really scary.

Can it be about specific parasites? Like Toxoplasma? They infect up to half of the human population and cause altered behavior and mental processes. Mind control bugs.

Here's an article.

Maple Syrup Urine Disorder. Had to do a report for it last year, it's pretty interesting.
