I'm shoping around for a good marker set up for sniping. What would you recomend? I was thinking about an A5 with a 14-16 inch stiffi gone remote and painted camo I'm not too sure about this decision. $$$$ is not an issue.

if money is not an issue go with the longbow. get a q loader and upgrade it if you need more rounds at a time

Yeah but I have heard mags and they are kinda loud. Anyone find any videos of the longbow I am interested in it too.
Pumpker'd; (V.) When a pump player runs up and shoots you at point blank range because you thought 20bps made you good.

with an a-5 you can vary your play. with a long or Q bow, you'ere really limiting your play to a few shots a game.

Man you guys dont know much..... Mags are one of the most silent, light, fastest one piece mechanical markers out there. The ROFs on those guns can match many e-markers. the Trigger pulls are light as hell. Any mag with a stiffi is pretty quiet. Ask anyone that has a mag, you can't go wrong with them, once you get one you're set for life. And a5s are nice, they are dummy proof when field stripping. But lets be honest, they're pretty loud and distinguishable when fired. Don't get me started on the flatline now. They make the a5 sound like a cannon in the woods. And yes Qloaders are very nice hoppers. They give you a low profile, fast, and you can reload extremely fast. Just read the instructions when you get it so you dont have any problems.

A sniper isn't what marker he/she is using it is how the player is playing. You could just a talon if you wanted to, and it would work just fine for sniping. How do i know this because one of my buddies uses a talon for sniping and he is awsome at it. Just get a marker and get use to it. I would say go with either a 98c or an A-5. That way you will have lots of options on how you would like to customize it.

in my opinion an excellent sniping marker is the phantom. Pumps are th shiznit man, but i'm just saying mags are really quiet markers, that one persons comment about them being loud enraged me.

No. Mags are loud. Every Mag I've ever heard was louder than my stock Tippmann 98 Custom.

And the Tac-One (the gun the Bow kits are made on) requires HPA. It needs a high pressure output, and uses a lot of air.
Just thought I'd make you aware if you were previously not.
My job is to be an asshole. I excel at the position.
