Hyper II Regulator

Hi, I was practicing some snapshooting with no air or anything on, and I noticed I could hear something moving around when I tilted or jerked the marker. (PMR) I eventually found the culprit which happened to be the HyperII Reg, If I shake it, something moves around inside. It's not really to bad, but is this normal?..If so it is no big deal, I just wanted to be sure, also how do you take this thing apart? (The Reg) I think I can see an allen screw when I look down the top (Down inside where it screw onto the marker) but I don't want to just start poking allen wrenches down into there ;)

I have absolutely no experience with these things, lol

Thanks!

On that reg the piston pushes against the Belleville springs. Or regular spring . I forget --- don't worried about it - but it shouldn't shake with the proper air pressure on it.

My Hyper 2 does not make any noise like that. You might want to pull it apart and clean and lube it. How many rounds have you put through the gun? To take apart the reg you will need a strap wrench and a large allen key (can't remember which size). If you go to PBN there is a thread call "Dye Ultimate Sticky" which has links to instructions and video on how to take apart the Hyper2. I hope that helps.

Mine used to do that, but now it has seated it's self properly. How many shots have you taken with it? I think mine stopped after about a case or 2. To take it apart you will need 2 allen wrenches that didn't come originally with your gun and they are gigantic. Once you remove the bottom cap and pull off the free rotating air fitting then you put the 2 allens in each side and twist like crazy, they come from the factory super tight.

I haven't put a single ball through it so that would probably explain it, thanks a lot. I appreciate it.
