Cocker barrels? Hope you don't mean the old stock cocker barrel. Or do you mean any cocker barrel, because the vast majority of barrels come in cocker threads you know...

The Terminator... is that a 32 degrees barrel? I think I may have had one. it sucked, if that was it. Boomsticks are ok, but overrated.

J&J ceramics are fantabulous

I have to agree, and their Edge kit is really great for the price

Also agreed. It sounds to me more like you have a paint-to-bore mismatch...or crappy paint issue.

J&J's are great barrels...Ceramics and Edge Kits

Empires...meh...I know my Freak's better...but it's better than a stock anything that's not stock on a high-end

Teardrops work just fine for a lesser expensive barrel.

Flatlines...never used one and never fell into the gimmick that you can shoot farther with it (because the paint won't break at that "extended" range) than other barrels

I didnt care to much about smart parts progresive barrel.

I love my J&J though works great for me and I have used Empire Twister Barrel and I like that one as well maybe not for he price but still a decent barrel.

Love my J&J Ceramic barrel.
My tear drop is great.
Flatline for my 98C is ok, when it has been adjusted properly and the fps is set for it as well.
The BT Apex is killer. Love it absolutely love it.

If your going to sour barrels out there then atleast do it with better descriptions of why not to get them.

I agree, naturally. The J&J's are nice barrels. As for PPS, the reason he doesn't list them at all is he thinks they're all hype. He states this in another thread but he's never used one.

This character does not strike me as being particularly knowledgeable in the field of paintball.

Same here, I think you should paintball a little more, and gain more knowledge, before posting such buying tips.

could be the paint balls themselves changing throughout the day as the heat and humidity get to them. don't know where you are located but that can be an issue around here

J&J ceramics rock, love the little thing.

I also have a BT Design barrel that has been microhoned, and it is very good. I will say that standard BT barrels suck, though.

So you want to know why it's called an A5?

If I could assemble a new regulator for a paintball gun, I could build a liver. How hard could it be?

I think the tear drop and J&J are both good barrels. Any barrel is better then a stock one, unless youre talking about high end electros.
