I would first check to see if your CO2/Air is low, try switching out tanks.

If that doesn't work, than it's the o-rings. Take the spyder apart and clean it well, be sure to check the o-rings for wear, if one is in question, replace it. Be sure to oil/lube the o-rings and the valves well.
Aim for anything that is visible, most of my shots are either leg, elbow or head... that is if you see me first.

if its sputtering then its an air supply or air leakage problem

could also be a bad striker o-ring (red one) but usually when they go it just makes one pop, and the bolt stays shut, you could also just need to clean lube it, and replace the rear drive spring.

if it's anything it'd be the sear.. But I've never heard of a sear going out on a spyder before.. they seem to be a strong point on them.. Check the sear for a rounded edge, and the check the striker edge also.

If the grip screws are loose it would do that. Sear can't catch the striker.
