The Workhorse Marker of Scenario Paintball
By Jordan Ricks

Tippmann’s semi-automatic Pro/Carbine is essentially a combination of the best features of 68-Carbine and Pro-Lite Tippmann markers. The .68 caliber Pro/Carbine is one of the toughest paintball guns you’ll ever find, making it ideal for the scenario paintball world. Because of its ability to take a beating in the field, yet continually offer reliable performance, this trusty workhorse of paintball markers is a top choice for many demanding woodsball players. In fact, because it is such a rugged, reliable and easy-to-maintain marker, it is a popular field rental and also used for training in the law enforcement field.

The Pro/Carbine paintball gun features a true .45 grip frame and an all-weather CVX valve. Built as a solid quality scenario / woodsball marker, the marker is also easy to field strip and maintain. The gun’s 10.5-inch, micro-honed barrel and steel braided bottomline serve well as an accurate woodsball sniper rifle. A shoulder strap is provided with the marker and it comes standard with a 150-round hopper.

However, the Pro/Carbine does not throw paint at an exceptionally fast rate (7 bps), so if you are looking for full-auto and double-digit bps rates, check out the other paintball guns listed on this site that may be better suited for your needs.

However, if you like to pick your shots and are looking for something that will last, is accurate, reliable, and rugged, then Tippmann’s Pro/Carbine meets all of those requirements with flying colors. And another advantage is that there are several custom enhancements and mods available for the Pro/Carbine. Tippmann also provides a one-year, full parts and labor manufacturer warranty.
